The original swingarm is cutted and CNC worked to add the central machined
aluminium piece.
This upgrade allows you to feel a better traction and a less trend to wheeling.
Moreover it provides greater stability in high-speed corner.
With the swingarm, you will receive its chain sliding shoe.
The swingarm is all welded inside at the welding jig.
After having finished the welding, a certain cooling time in temperature-controlled which
depends on several factors, has to be respected, before remove it from the jig.
After liquid penetrant testing, we proceed with the final check with our CAM2® ScanArm.
Testing and quality assurance remain the most important aspects of our work.
Now missing only the painting and also this swingarm can return to his owner.
